Looks like we all got some basement projects this weekend.

Mine involves bleach. Lots of bleach. Also paint and concrete sealer. This particular basement is real old and crusty and I don't think anyone's been down here since I lived down here as a teenager lmfao

It's actually grosser then it looks in the pic. I prob shouldn't be sleeping down here yet but I am. The couch here sucks. I no joke filled more then one entire five gallon bucket with dust and crud.

I'm unwilling to even post a picture of anything but this one corner with some my shit in it hahaha.

You know I used to be a big bleach fan on my gross reno jobs.....its cheap!
Nowadays I charge more money....I use
Killz Odorless oil paint. Its a shellac, and can thinned down with varsol. Instead of scrubbing we rolling!!!! Seals everything!!!!

the walls are bare textured plaster over cinder blocks, and full of black mold loving all that free gypsum and humidity. No sheet rock or anything. I used masonry anchors to mount the TV lmao. I dont have the stand for it anymore.



Its getting bleached lmao. The sealer is for the bare, unsealed concrete floor thats keeping the humidity up. Im running two 650sq ft dehumidifiers and its hanging out about 59-61% now that i have the AC vent opened up. Was 70-80% with the AC vent closed and both running.

I'm gonna glue foam panels on my exterior walls after a quick spray down and dry

it needs a pool table, and maybe a bar. That'd be pretty sweet.
