You too?
Just come up with a plan that points all the guns directly at you. I do the same thing all the time apparently I’m Keanu Reeves or I’m already dead and just don’t know it.😂😂😂😂
I love it haha. Just figuring it out as it comes at me usually I come up with something I can upgrade along the way lol

She’s evened out nice adjusted a few Joe tops to really get those main growth tops exposed and up into the net now I’ll let her run a few nodes out before I flip her, in no rush the top net is right at the max overage area for rhe SE3000 so the setup should work perfect and allow for great airflow around the canopy

Here for a little update! The Kahuna #2 is loving the light she just kicked it into gear from the up pot and probably stretched an inch overnight, can’t wait to see her explode and fillin enough to set the upper net and flip her!

Looking forward to the flip 😍 you're not far away!
I’m hoping for about a week to 2 and we should be set in this net I wanna pull each top back one more section each as they stretch then I’ll let them fill in the center real nice, already some nice tops coming up matching the perimeter tops

I’m glad I set up the top net the way I did, it’s now a 3’x3’ section under the SE3000 so the coverage should be perfect, plus 1/2 foot all the way around the canopy for airflow and circulation

Good plan I like it! Gotta be happy with it before the flip. I do the same thing when I run a net. My next run will be 4 x 29L pots so bud-clips aint gonna cut it past veg 🤣 so I will be running a net like my old bud runs of LSD and Bubba Kush lol.

I love the work you've done, you are quite handy I have seen a number of your creations. I loved your trellis flip setup that shit was hilariously inventive.

Yeah I just can’t stop experimenting and tweakin stuff lol brain just wired that way, I like to try to make whatever I do clean looking too, I have a few other ideas for trellises I may test out soon as well

This girl is on point for sure, healthy as can be, spent some time opening her up This morning wanna get those center inner nodes to match up with the current mains and meet at the top net so we’ll see how they do

Mine too, I think hobbies are important to tweak. If you aren't tweaking it, you get complacent and you start to get lazy. If you keep tweaking shit, your grow will always be interesting to you 😁 there will always be a result you are trying to record. I am all on board with neat too. My style for any setup is set'and'forget, and I don't like to see ANY kind of "mess" anywhere. Even cables that run straight down my tent poles are strapped TO the pole with LST wire lol.

Shes coming along real nicely! Shes really taking to that net man, she seems to love it.

I do my best with wires gets tough to adjust the light height once the table is in so I try to keep the ratchet lines somewhat accessible, light wires I’m super careful with, try to just keep them stable so they don’t move at all,

You can see the top of the tent here

I did have it above too

Very nice man, my tent looks very similar! I think we organise on similar principals haha. You run a clean space man, always love checking out your spaces! NICE big fabric pot too, gonna be a good run!

I’m lovin these 12’s but heavily considering jumping up to 15’s or 20’s the difference in cola size difference is staggering same feed rates, same organic mix, that root space though, if I plan to veg a pant for more than a month it’s probably gunna go into one of these pots

The 5 gallon buckets are surprisingly not much smaller volume wise, I though it would be but they hold about 9 gallons of soil so they are only 3 gallons less than these 12’s. Plant and cola size are very similar between the 2 when I use one of the other, I like the air pruning of the fabric pots but I still like the stability of the buckets, now if someone would come up with a framed fabric pot that’d be the ultimate mix of both styles, but I’d say they’d have to be 10 gallon or more to be worth it as the smaller pots are easy enough to move if needed

I hate how the larger like 50-100 gallon living soil pots just sag and flatten I was gunna use em out back but that’s why I build the 130 gallon living soil beds instead

A lot more cover crop has come up since these pics but they were just built so there coming around, tons of organics put in, plus heugelculture (burying rotted logs at the bottom of the pit to decompose and feed over time , there’s about 6-8 logs in each one of them. Mina a new project as I’ve never been an outdoor grower just did my first legit outdoor plant this year and she turned out great so I plan to do one plant in each of the boxes next summer I’ll fina some winner genetics over winter here and have clones vegging for spring (and a bunch for the neighbors as well 😜)

I know what you mean. My next grow I am going back to bigger pots, the difference in bud size is significant!

DAMN dude I am so jealous of you outdoor growers. You got a good set up there, and the wood frame does the job well to keep everything together. One day I hope Aussies can have backyards like you guys have. Your mulch and cover crop is coming along nicely too. I don't like the way large fabric pots sag either, your wood set up to keep it all together is way better!

It’s be cool if they implemented like a plastic frame to keep it upright

Huge shoutout to @SpiderFarmerLED for shipping out this SE3000! This will be my topic to display the Spiderfarmer light for all to follow along with my grows as I dial her in!

Gettin off the bat well look at a bit about the light itself!

View attachment 2309292View attachment 2309293

Starting off super excited to try out these LM301H EVO diodes and touting a 3.14 umol/J! Been messing around with this dimmer and I love it… watching power usage off my power meter this dial tuning ability is extremly precise at 3w/% 0-100 matching the light it replaced in the tent that was running 250w@ 16” producing 450ppfd

Currently have the SE3000 set at 30” at 55% (165w) pushing 520ppfd to the tops, very impressed just within minutes of setep and saving 100w of power instantly! All that at near double the distance to the tops

Speaking of setup I had her in the tent, up and running within 10 minutes of opening the box, super simple, packaging was excellent!

We’ll look at some more aspects of the light as we move through the grow but for now… let’s see what she’s got under her, currently the plan will be to scrog 2x Kahunas from @Captspaulding that are currently about 5 weeks into veg, the net they will have to fill in is 34”x40” nice size to leave some space around the outer perimeter for airflow

Let’s get This show on the road!
Awesome. I'm about to get my g4500. I got like a month left till I can order it. Please tell me it came with that many spider farmer stickers. I was just hoping for one! First time grower, already hooked.

Love the digital read out. I got the 23 version with dimmer. But No read out. That really makes it nice. I grew in a 2x2. Super dense bud. Wish I could get on board with spiderfarm love their light. Praying for a full control set up fans lights inline all on one controller would be sweetest.
Dude , I just started growing. I'd give anything to spend an hour in your tent with you, just to learn. Your plants look amazing. I can only dream of growing plants like that right now. You motivate me to work harder. Much respect.

Morning folks! The SE3000 is kickin it for sure in the 4x4, higher quality LED’s are showing their true value here, higher par lower wattage and a ton less heat! Tent barely hitting 78F 😍

Let’s keep it rockin!

View attachment 2310274
View attachment 2310275

The LM301H diodes utilized by the @SpiderFarmerLED SE300 rock a wide spectrum range providing plants with everything they need to grow healthy. The light has a very impressive light spread footprint for its size. Although the light is designed for a 2x2 - 3x3 and I am running it in a 4x4 to see it’s true potential I am finding adequate par to all sides for flower. Currently I have r here light set to 30” above the Kahunas, running 55% power and achieving 540ppfd in the center and 400ppfd in the corners

Still early but compared to previous lights I’ve ran in this setup this light is over performing off the bat and I can’t wait to see how we progress once we move twords flower in a few weeks !

Now for some pics!
Did you even top the upright V one? I just started growing and I need to know if topping is really necessary. Do you just do it by eye?

Just time and practice! First goal is to finish those girls! Getting your first plants to harvest! Is the first goal! They may not be pretty or they may! But what matters is you get to chop it’s all about improvements and adjustments from your last run

both of the plants in the pics you quoted from were topped, most top around the 5th node I like to top at the 6th, I normally remove the first node once they start really goin I remove the bottom nodes and usually use them as clones, but I mainly remove it so it dosent get in my way later in the grow when I’m watering etc

And ask away man always willing to help!

It does come with a fine assort meant of wall candy. In run G 4500 with the SE 7000 and SE 3000 & SF 2000

That g series is a beast.
I had a few radical canopies under that baby.
Super light too hangs easy with no threat of falling. The umbilical is long too.
You can get that driver a good distance away from the light with ease.
This was se3000 and g4500 before the se7000

I found the cord is a bit short to remove the ballast completely from my tent on this model with the way the ballast is back fed to the dimmer control mainly because my light is not right at the top of the tent, but it’s ok as it barely is producing any heat, in fact I’ve been noticing my exhaust is barely turning on as the trigger point isint being met to start the exhaust I may have to switch over to a humidity based trigger. Love not having to deal with the excess heat, and plants love it as wel!
Well that sucks. I have an older model Spiderfarmer SF7000 in my 4x4. It is a quantum board style, 650 watt light with the removable ballast. At peak flower I can run her at 80% and it stays right around 82 degrees with the balast outside the tent. I've had nothing but super dense buds ever since I started using it and im pretty sure it has the older Samsung lm diodes.
