And it has begun @Shaded_One Frostette #2 in peat

Mix was 3/4 FF Lucky Dog, 1/4 perlite, added 1/8 tsp of Great White myco to the mix, then dusted the hole and the seed when I dropped her in, mix was pre-moistened before putting into the pot and sprayed with a spray bottle again on top of the seed, tossed on a dome and off we go! Spiderfarmer heat mat under the foil tray, Frostette sitting on a short rack so no direct contact 😁

Finished a little upgrade added the 4x4 back to the crowded room, just testing with lights in atm nothing in the tent, it’s heating the room up quite a bit even with the light at 30% having a hard time keeping rh temp down, exhaust is at 100%, might have to reverse the exhaust and put it inside and blowing out, seems to work better that way

Yeah I have seeds for 4-5 more leaf varieties for this year, I direct sow the outdoor stuff though same with radishes etc store prices for everything is insane nowadays, why buy what you can just go and pick in your backyard lol we do a lot of spinach as well

And I hook up EVERYONE lol neighbors, family, bags to work and that’s after we can stuff

We harvest like this every 2 days for the most part, but during the peak of the season we can harvest more than that every day, was thinking of putting up a stand at the street and starting to sell them, we have a lot more yard to expand into if we want but most of the yard has year and a half old fruit trees and we plan to plant a new set of all of them in 5 years, the next row over to start a cycle

I guess I just like growing stuff lol

And Frostettes topping is taking hold 😁View attachment 1343916View attachment 1343915View attachment 1343912View attachment 1343911

Are you blowing your exhaust air into the lung room? Might be why you're having a problem controlling temp/humidity.
Yes but i got it under control 😁 light was set low and the probe was too close, wife verified, she went in and tanned under the light at 100% power for 20 minutes at 36” so we’ll see if she lobsters up 😂, holding at 82f now. I also have a huge Dehuey,

The exhaust is now pointed at the crawlspace (40’x50’ of space lol) also added a in line fan with no inlet or outlet lines added to it to just circulate air in the room

Don’t ask about my hangers I only had heavy duty shot on hand lol

Can you exhaust it outside somehow?
If needed yes I have a 4” hood right above the 4x8 if it gets bad but looks like we’re good I would rather exhaust the lung room air if needed so I’ll eventually get a temp controlled fan for an external exhaust but that’s if it gets extreme, we’re coming up to summer so I may go down to a single tent with a Monther plant after the current run or even move them outside if it’s a nice summer!, possibilities are endless lol

Also removed the carbon filter since there’s no need for it in a veg tent lol

Managed to get everything done, plus get every visitor drunk and baked, and sent home with an oz each 😂

Morning update, the KKSC leaves that where browning continued to get worse. New growth looks good so far, even lower growth looks good, I see the next leaf set up from the brown ones has a few tiny brown spots on the tops we’ll see if it stops or progresses, either way she will continue on, we’ll see show she does

Frostette’s topping has fully took hold and she’s finally accepted it, she’s off to the races now 😁 got temp up to 79-82 and RH around 60-62%

Girls will get top dressed with @shaded_ones method I just mixed up a cup of strawberry fields with the mix for 1 gal, since these are just over 1/3 gal pots the girls will get half the mix each, there’s not much in strawberry fields to start with 40-45% coco / rest peat moss and some perlite, only additives are dolomite lime, earthworm castings, bat guano, oyster shell and a bunch of myco strains so the mix should work well with it I’d imagine, or at least we’ll find out, only difference between this and and the lucky dog is the 45% coco in the SF

I’ll run the exact same neut mix on the lucky dog Frostette #2 and we’ll see if there’s any differences with the 45% coco difference 😁

4x4 put into temporary use lol, gotta get the garden seedlings going for this spring 😁

Humidity holding around 45% gunna run lights 8pm- noon, 4x8 is currently 4am-8pm but once it’s flipped to 12/12 permenant I’ll probably run the 4x8 all night at off peak hours higher wattage and then 4x4 majority during the day since I’m only running it at about 30% that’s 200w approx. plus it’ll stabilize room temps through both tents day/night cycle so double bonus hopefully won’t need to run the heater in the tent anymore lol

Yes that’s an old dog cage and 2 laptop chair stands for a table…. Don’t judge me 😎

IDK I’m offline most of one day and I don’t get all my alerts.

Only finding out what I missed when new alerts for today come in. Max number of alerts or iPhone/browser weirdness? 🤷‍♂️

Looking good! Really clean and organized. Like it!👍

If it works, it works….that’s all that matters. Looking great in there Mike, how long do you think you’ll veg for?
Probably not long, I’m antsy to get the 4x8 flipped to 12/12 I can load anything I want to veg into the 4x4 now so maybe another 2-3 weeks, up-pot and wait 2 weeks and flip, or I may just flip after the next up-pot and let frostette #2 veg out in the 4x4 for awhile and flip the Frostette and strawberry cough right away, I figure they’ll veg the next 2-3 weeks and if there big enough they should have decent stretch in flower

@Mikedin the only time I saw brown/burnt tips like that was from the one time I tried to switch to RO water. Immediately went back to my toxic tap water :p
