Plants are looking fantastic.
Thanks fam much appreciated! Deciding now what to do for downtime, what do you do with your beds between runs? Like if you’re not planning to run immediatly,

My idea is putting a low powered light over each bag, planting cover crop and cover cropping out for a solid month, then restarting a new run in that time I’d do full reamend for top 6ā€ of soil volume as recommended (should be about 4 cups of craft blend per plant, minus volume of kashi used then adding in some EWC, aloe, big 6, I’ll hold off on Pushin P until plants are in, established, and flipping to flower)

I have the PL1000 in the 2x2 I wanted to use over one of the pots but then I’ll need 2 more small light, but I can only find PL2000’s now not sure why I can’t find the 1000’s anymore I just bought it in September according to Amazon lol (gotta be crafty, I buy more lights I may be an ex member with a funeral date 🤣)

I need maybe 40-50w max over each pot Just enough to keep cover cropping out for growing till I switch in the big lights for a grow

NY is the same way, went years with shit changing but we just ignored it, a news local news station reached out to the office of cannabis management and asked them what the official OK to grow date was and they said the state set a date with the law and they were going by that date not the changes that were undocumented and not part of the law

The law is signed into effect they have to honor it unless an amendment has been signed

These idiots do not realize the enginuity of pot growers and the ability to use your own rules against you. If you mandate a 25 square footprint for cannabis you will see vertical boxes take off. Guys will train tall and sidelight. They will never control it and instead should embrace it but the problem is that somewhere sometimes somebody is unhappy because we are happy.

When I cut down my plant I reamend with craftblend and casting. I dry my plants right above beds. That way it gets two weeks to cook in. Then I’m transplanting in and right back into veg.

Yup. They are no shit discussing a maximum canopy allowed because 12 plants to a good grower outdoors can be 25 lbs and even 3 4x4 tents could produce mass quantities.
For example look at my plants vs what most people run indoors, 1-2-3 gallon pots, I run 3 plants that fill a full 12’x4’ of canopy space, I heard something about a 10x10 canopy limit, I fill that space with 3 plants easily, if I veg for another month longer I could do it with 2

Now figure that I have a 6 plant limit, and outdoor I could easily double or triple that yeild if I vegged longer and out then outside at 3’ tall to start

Depends on my plan, I’d have to check some notes but probably 5-6 weeks veg once I put them into the final pots, if I veg them longer ahead of time I can get away with less with an equal canopy after stretch

Depends on pot size, space etc, I usually veg till I’m into the first net at desired height, then add the 2nd net, I weave the lower net till I have about 75% covered then let them all turn up, once they reach the top net (I usually have about 6-8ā€ between nets, then let them stretch up through the upper net till stretch is over, and that’s your canopy

The goal is to pre-fill the lower canopy to the 75% point an you’ll be set for the upper final canopy

I’ve ran every variation in that tent, 6 plants / 5/ 4 / 3 and 2, I’ve found I prefer the larger plants, they yeild super heavy if they have ample space for the roots to plant size, only 4 plants to water between 4 tents, higher risk if you lose one or something happens ofc but imo it’s the easiest way to run, most people wanna run too a bunch of strains at once my plan is the 4x8 will become the known tent (Frostette #6 and Kahuna #3, the 4x4 will become the experimental tent for new strains etc, 3x3 I think will eventually become a mother plant tent for my Hydra project I’m gunna restart, to hold multiple mothers on one plant

And we’ll see what else lol, deciding what I wanna do with the 3 I just started, I have some ideas lol

Good morning farm.
Earl grey hot this morning.
Today will be grass day, both smoking and cutting. Little bit of trimming.
Wife did edge of pond with push mower. I told her a few years ago I would either control with chemicals or pay to have a rock barrier made that will look like crap in 5 years. She says she will cut it until she can not then we will decide.

On the plus side I have a job! I will be working with a company to develop and train handicapped people in self defense. Use of canes and walkers in blocking and striking and general awareness in situations. A cane is close enough to an Akido Jo or short staff that techniques will be easy to implement. Biggest goal will be stopping people from just wailing on someone like it's a bat. Akido strikes are effective because they use the weight and speed of the defender to concentrate strikes and the Jo to trap extremities and block incoming strikes. The hook on the handle is great for tripping and redirecting your attacker. Plan will be tailored for each participant as I really feel that even a sitting person with access to a cane can disable an attacker with a surprise strike.
