Moving a plant back inside

My veg tent was cramped so I moved some plants outside, but it will freeze before they are finished. I am considering moving them back into a tent.

I see caterpillar damage on the leaves and have seen bugs. Is there a cheap insecticide that will kill pests so I don't bring them inside?

I would not advise this at all. Can you bring them into a garage at night just to keep the frost off of them. Dr Zymes is fine through flower but it’s not cheap. I wouldn’t want to ingest cheap pesticides. Good Luck!
