My 1984 love affair for nuclear trains..... Qrazy Train and Chernobyl

Howdy folks,

Well if you read my threads on Chernobyl - TGA Black TW x JTR you would know that this is my new found favorite plant. Period - and I have ALOT to choose from.

So on that I thought I would see if sub could do me a very special price for 20 more of these seeds so I can look for that killer Black pheno.

Well he asked if I would like to test his new release Qrazy Train - Black TW x Quirkle. NICE.

Of course, I jumped at the chance and pretty much forgot about the Chernobyls.

Well, yesterday which is about a week on from initial discussion and I have 2 packs of Chernobyl and one of Qrazy Train gifted to my medical community.

I have put 15 Chernobyls down, saving me 5 for a rainy day and all 10 Qrazy Trains. As soon as we see some action Ill be back with photos.

This should be a fun year as I have just put 105 mixed Sativas into 12/12 from seed. Kinda Peesh and Nanna man stylee.

i'm locked in for this one. are you hoping for something like the pheno humbleguy found? looks like some serious meds, the leaves turned completely black at the end. some of the frostiest weed i've seen bar none. good luck with it mate.:cool0041:

Well folks, sorry for lack of updates.

I have been out of nuggage for a few weeks now and it makes doing anything related to it very difficult....

But alas, here are some long awaited shots.

I got 9/10 QT and 9 / 20 Chernobyl. This has been rectified by Sub and was caused by the seeds being very very fresh. No biggy.

All plants are in 13x13x13cm coco pots and fed daily till run off. H&G COCO @1.0 ec, root excel and Bcuzz coco booster.

All under T5 Lightwave - 440 w thereabouts.

All still in veg and will be for foreseeable future as my Sativas are taking an age and I have had to remove plants from the tent to create space, thus using the flowering area i have planned for these, but again no biggy. Just more veg. I love it.

I have some certain females and certain males. I have a lovely squat Chernobyl male and this is what I was looking for. And a beauty of a QT male. The tightest growth I have seen to date.

All plants in tent. Dr80 on its side. The smell from this tent is about 10 x stronger than my flowering tent. I mean these babies wreak!!!

Qrazy Train.

Majority of the QT look very similar. Big fat Quirkle dom leafs and stout squat growth. One being extra squat.

Oh, any white looking spots on leaves are residue from CX P.M.T foliar. I have PM last year and do not want that back

Then there is this pheno. I think this perhaps is the black TW pheno as I feel this is quite rare to find and is completely different to any other plant I have out of the BTW crosses

My buddy just popped a pack of Space Bomb and they have similar structure; super "branchy" straight out of the gate. I love Subcool's genetics, but I like to think the T5s have something to do with it; when I keep 'em close, most of my strains stay short and bushy. The sativas waste no time strrrrrretching as soon as they get the room, though, lol. Great looking plants, Herb.
