A buddy of mine is the most ADHD person I have ever met and he can't just let something be. He thinks they look like this from just a few days of really high heat. I think he just needs to find a new hobby lol. I know his PPM is around 1000 and his PH is about 5.5 which I told him is to low. Why does his one look like a hybrid between a sativa and an oak tree?

If you had to guess what these plants problems are with the little info given what would you say?
i can’t say as i’ve never grown this way,. and what i may think might be sooo wrong,.
plants look to be suffering from lack of oxygen or something to do with roots than everything else is a result of,.,

I agree with all those comments his ignorance on how to grow is showing. Makes me sad seeing plants get so far in this condition.

Most people can't grow plants in my experience, I only know a few people in real life who are actually good at it. The majority just suck at it in my experience at least

At least he’s trying! Just needs to do a tad more research! Maybe go with dirt!

If he went with dirt, it would be a nightmare, he wouldn't be able to mess around with them enough and would get bored. One part I love about hydro is every morning I get to check my solution level, PH and PPM and adjust accordingly and then every Friday I get to pump out all the old water and pump in a new solution that I enjoyed mixing up as well. Is what he needs to do is just calm down and try and do a grow by the books instead of thinking he is experimenting with shit, how can you experiment if you don't have a control? Lol

I hear ya! If you are trying to ride heard on him, then he will have to stick with what you are doing! Keep prodding him in the right direction! L O L! Bound to get a little frustrating!

Hydro was a bad choice for a beginner the potential issues are endless here. I would say you gonna have to take over n redo rez,or let them go .....maybe could get them in soil but looking at the plants they won't survive that,it's rough on healthy girls. You should switch to soil and give him techniques to work with like last, trimming, lollipopping, soil building, and you just guide him like you been doing also I always recommend a 5 plant minimum 3 to grow, one to experiment on and one to practice on so when grow ends he can compare the various levels of care and see what worked n what didn't. Your a good friend bro stay that way plz
