But it was strong AF.
I decarbed 72g at 240 for about 45-50min (I was using some nuggets, popcorn buds and trim all lower grade stuff and didn’t grind so I gave it longer, stirred and rotated pans every 15min to try to keep things even).
Then I divided the 72g and put 36g into two sous vide bags and added 2 cups of unsalted butter to each bag and sealed.
They went into a 195degree water bath for 3hrs (I’m assuming this is where I fucked up probably could have stopped around 60-90min).
Strained everything out and as it cooled I periodically whipped it up so everything was mixed evenly.
Ended up with a heavy 3 cups of green butter that smells like hay
And taste like weed.
Put into a sugar cookie recipe that made 62 cookies. 1/3rd of a cookie had me in a perfect state of euphoria
