Be patient, it will be worth it. I typically don't even look at trichomes until just about every pistil has turned color and is no longer white. Then you check the trichomes and look for mostly cloudy white to amber, no more clear trichomes. That's when they'll be ready to harvest. In my experience it's better to pick them later than too soon. Let those flowers bulk up, they look great!
