You probably don't wanna hear this but it'd be better to just restart. there's no point in going through 8-10 weeks of flower just for a single bud yk. I'd restart but I understand if u don't wanna. I bet your next grow will be 2x better then this one

yea I completely understand that, however growing weed is trial and error so wasting money tends to happen sometimes😂 you def need to get better lights, cannibis thrives under good strong light. It's great your growing your own not enough people wanna put in the effort to do it.

Finish as a first grow but start more. I lost two before posting here and getting a test kit. N, P, Ph, and pH at least. Test pre planting, end of seed into veg, beginning of flower, late flower. I like my soil mix but ask around you'll find one, beginning with unfertilized untreated seedling soil and pearlite. I happen to also like worm castings and maybe next grow (for my needs) bone meal for calcium. It's all pretty cheap.

O heck yes.
Last forum I hung out in a young fella has a plant in flower with maybe 3 weeks to go before I left. He had a cardboard box a fair light and a fan
And miracle grow nutes. I projected 2 oz from his little grow.

Info needed because the first 2 questions kinda set the budget.
What is the average temp and humidity in your house and can you get humidity under 50% when you want to
This will determine whether a closet or room can be used.
To grow you need lights 100 watts per. Amazon 65-80. . You need pots and a medium of some sort. Organic is easy and most bags have nutrition in the soil for a few weeks. Stay away from extended life soil with fertilizers or ferts in the soil most are notade for the needs of cannabis.
A few bags of fertilizer. You can grow pot with most ferts but I like organic cause it's slower and problems normally have more time to deal with them.
Organics and all ferts have a NPK measurement of available nutrition. Organics are normally lower because they use bacteria or what we call the " Humic Acid components " to break down bio available nutrients and feed the grow. It is very hard to get sideways in organics and most problems with organics are actually over watering. An organic of 4 2 2 would be great to start.
Flowering nutrition the needs change. Now we look for organic bloom or flower nutrition. This will be labeled for flowers or Say bloom and would be like 2 2 7 or 0 2 6 or such. This denotes higher levels of potassium and calcium needed in flower.
Now you got nutes. There are many choices and most are under 10 bucks a bag at national retailers or Amazon
So you have a light. Now we need to control it. Sometimes it will have a setting and sometimes off on. If it's off on use hight to change the energy. Pot is a light hungry plant. The light you have at 30 watts could have been placed 5 inches from the plant and not burn it. Panel lights pretty much come with tethers to raise and lower the light. Panels like this
Or I also saw screw bulbs. 100 watt
So if your area is able to keep the temp range and humidity you need nutes lights and a fan.
Lots of other suggestions like fabric pots pH strips filter to make ro pure water will increase success. And cost.

She is already in flower, she will remain small but she has to stretch a little bit still. All of the suggestions you got are great. A 30W light bulb is not gonna cut it, its probably getting more lumens outside in a cloudy day than that. If youre still gonna use it as reinforcement use it in all light modes, the wider the spectrum, the healthier it is for the plant as it mimics the sunlight spectrum. Now go grow the heck out of that bud! That made me laugh good one 🤣

Also mixing sunlight with LEDs can be done succesfully but your risking your plants stressing since they have to deal with 2 differnt types of lights and light intensity. Im not an outdoor grower but I can tell you that when I had to change the lights of my grow mid grow, they didnt like it at all, even despite the fact that the lights have very similar parameters.

Thank you that s a lot to consider. I will have to get an house humidity gage my home usually runs high in the humidity department especially in the summer. I have a closet that would be perfect. 5 inches away i didn't know that, now I do. Thank you for all of your help and feed back
I will be sure to keep you posted

I just need to find the right place next an the right lighting. It's a process that I'm still learning maybe the next go around lol

For sure! The lights Jim mentioned are the ones Im using more or less. I would highly recommend the panels over the bulbs as the LEDs come way better distributed to give even light and they dont get as hot. I use 2x150W panels in a 3x3 feet area for 4 plants but if youre gonna grow 2 with one of them youre set. You can grow 4 with 1 too but it wont produce the same yields even though it will be a very big improvement compared to that bulb. Once you have those panels just keep them under those lights, dont get them outside as they have more than enough light to produce several big buds per plant and it will only mess with them and their schedule. For autos 18/6 light-dark is enough, if you want faster growth you can go 20/4 and some people go 24/0 but I like to give them some sleep. Im trying the 6/2 schedule with autos as of now and its going great too, with power naps they do seem to make better use of the light and with only 18 hours through the day theyre going as fast as when I use the 20/4 or more. Also buy a timer, theyre cheap and its essential that they always have the exact same schedule.

That's a thought. I should try 20/4 on the auto during veg only then 12/12 flowering. I luck out because 9am is the child's school start time and I'm back home by then and 5pm is dinner, so I never forget my times on the current cycle.

Hello! I would advice you not to. Autos dont do well under 12/12 unless outdoors, but if you give them 18/6 theyre not gonna like the change even if theyre outdoors. I know because many times I had some leftover space after the plants got bigger (photos) and I tried growing autos there under 18/2 and then 12/12 or 12/12 from the start, never anything good, sometimes I didnt even let them finish because they were doing doing so poorly.

Autos are very light hungry, is not that they can tolerate much more lumens per day than photos but theyd rather have them distributed over long periods of light. Photos can tolerate higher light intensity but over shorter periods of light during flower.
