My other grow that's going on

Hello I'm around 6 weeks of flowers maybe another 3-4 weeks possibly to go ? Would anyone recommend I defoliate a little bit more on the top or does it look alright .. my first grow along with another. Got a few pop corn bits at the bottom can they be removed still or best left to finish? . Also the plant of the front right hand side looks like I'm gonna get about 2 Gramms of for some reason ( San Fran sour dough)
