This looks like a micronutrient deficiency to my eyes. I just can't remember which one but a Google search should help because the damage is quite distinctive.

Edit: I take that back, with organic soil the odds of a micronutrient deficiency is very low

How much did you top dress with? The 4-4-4 has a lot of water soluble nitrogen which would explain the deep green and poor bud development.

I use the 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 in varying ratios throughout veg and bloom. Last feed is usually 75% 2-8-4 and 25% 4-4-4 at a rate of 2 tbsp per gallon of medium.

How close is your light to the top of the canopy? It’s the new growth that’s really getting fried…..
I’m not an expert but I can’t imagine a light top dressing of GG 4-4-4 causing the problem.
