My Son Is Having Problems With Seed

My Son got mix of Auto Seed off me. Spouted planted it in Happy Frog soil. Then they didn't want to grow the ones that did he says are stunted.

Got some I'm trying.

Just sprout them in the happy frog, 1/2” deep, water and cover with plastic wrap til they sprout. Don’t water until a full set of leaves grow, 7-10 days.

Happy frog can be hot, you can mix it out with peat or coco, and rice hulls or pearlite 1/6 ea to help cool and fluff up the dirt. I like soak over night, paper towels till tiny tail plant 1/2 deep and mist with sprayer till they come up, then start water gingerly and keep misting every outher day till they are established. Pop them into 1 gal pots.

Mine are up in 3 gallon pots, Happy Frog. Running Grow Light 24 will cut back later.

Did this before mess up right off Over Watering but all was good. It did well. Could have done better but my Son cut all the Fan Leaves off. Not doing that this time.

There are many ways to start seeds. My method yields 99% germination and healthy grow. I start indoors under T5 lights (16 hrs on, 8 hrs off) hung about 8” above pots using Happy Frog soil in 4” pots. Wet potting soil thoroughly then plant seeds 1/2” deep. Mist soil until seeds sprout in 3-5 days then wait a few days till next watering. I included pics of my 2021 seeds planted 4/1/21. 1st pic on 4/3 when most popped; 2nd pic 4/16 3rd pic 4/21, 4th pic 5/11 in ground.
