Need a little help with my 1st grow

I'm doing my 1st hydro grow and my plant seems like it's thirsty am I not top feeding enough, or is my water to high it's a lil over the bottom of the net pot

Is there roots showing threw the nets?

just barley out a tad bit I've been dunking the bottom of them hoping that helps and I'm also top feeding a bit more.

Yes - leave a 1.5" airspace between the net pot and the surface of the water - if your running bubblers properly the splash is enough, roots will find their way down... that airspace is where the magic happens...

Can’t say much more than ^ tbh the roots go in search of water so if your constantly giving them it no reason to grow, the 1.5” air gap gives more than enough humidity to force the roots threw to the bubbles where they’ll get splashed feels slow at the start but once there rooted they explode in growth I wouldn’t change the res for first 2 weeks while they grow let the roots build an immune system and all the bacteria they need to fight disease, set ph to 5.8 nd only adjust if it goes over 6.5 ph likes to wander it’s good in hydro as different nutes uptake at different ratios if u keep the conditions right the plants take care of them self
