Can anybody tell me if this is a deficiency or nutrient burn? Don't think any diseases, I have checked very clear its not, therefore that part is out.

maybe some one else can help you,but a pic of the whole plant under natural light is a lot better for old eyes and get your more help

He means take a whole plant pic in natural light. No one can tell much from color tinted pics focusing on a few leaves.

looks to me your lights are burning them up,cant tell,check your soil ph with a slury test,got to say thats a mess i wouldnt want to deal with,good luck

Light burn combined with heavy feedings and not enough moisture in the air, those deformed fat leaves are a giveaway .
Increase humidity, raise light and drop the temps in the room. Check water ph, I suspect low ph issues too
