Need help identifying outdoor pest.

I would appreciate it if someone could identify this pest for me. Found in soil and on inside of stalk that had split previously from heavy flowers but I taped it back up.

This is a balcony grow in Toronto, Canada.

Sorry if this is posted in wrong spot. Could I get some help if it needs to be moved?

Apparently it’s a spring tail. Might be wrong but if it is they are harmless.
