Need help making space and selecting plants

Cold as in temperature? It's summer here so that's odd. What symptoms make you think they're cold? I doubt temps have dropped below 20C but I'll keep an eye on temps.

Root zone temp or watering.... maybe a combination?

Just checked soil temp, probe says 23C grow space temp was 22.5C and outdoor temps are 19C and its the middle of the night.
I have an Axial fan I've attached to a carbon filter extracting air at the top of the grow cabinet and an air vent at the bottom. Don't know the CFM of the fan as I just found it but Its strong enough to make a tissue stick to the carbon filter.

I've been logging data such as ppm and pH in and out, I can present it as a graph if you like if that'll help see what I'm doing wrong?

I've attached the Data for the pH, ppm and volume of each watering (in) and runoff (out) for all four plants plotted by days since sprouted. Let me know if you notice anything I've been doing wrong.
