Need help, nearly weeks okds

So this is my first ver grow, i actually used seeds from weed i bought.

i think this is afghan kush but im not sure, weed isnt sold where i live much so its rare to find weed or even seeds..
im growing outdoors, its mostly sunny with lows of 16 Celsius and 24 with a humidity of 52%

i used some npk fetrilizer 2 days ago and i was growing in potting soil

just wanted feedback on my plant, i feel its too small for its age..

exactly 25 days old
But i see week old plants are much bigger,

any idea what strain this is?

Can't say the strain but indica leaner.

Yeah they look behind but healthy. You said these are outdoor?

Also what media are they in it looks like the drainage isn't the best and that can make for slower growth.

Also notice its only watered around the stem.

Weather outside is a low of 14 celcius and highs of 24 with 52 percent humidity
It also got some rain water a few times
