Need help on harvesting and curing

So I have 2 more plants to be trimmed and cured, but have only been drying for about 4 days. An emergency came up and have to leave my town for a week, they are not dry yet, but don’t know if I should leave them hanging for 1+ week more or if I should go for it and just trim them up as they are right before I leave? Any advice?

I'd leave them hang in dark in cool dry space they probably got a week or so before you want to trim just my 2 pennies it's your grow it's your call .od .
