Need help setting up feed schedule.

So I’m new to the hydroponics scene of growing not my first go around but I’m looking to get a nutrient schedule going on for the 3 plants I’ll be growing coming up here. Strains will be Sticky Bruce, Icarus Cheeze, Ice cream cake. In a 20 gallon rdwc. With the flora trio nutrients. What’s a good root protective? What’s a good feed schedule? Drain schedule? I have plenty of questions to ask as to it is my first grow and don’t have many resources to go to. Also wouldn’t mind advice going into this as I know this is completely different than soil.

Yes an I haven’t found a reliable source for a schedule every source is different.

Considering it’s a general hydroponics product I would use the schedule published for the flora series on their website.
