Need some advice/ help for these droopy seedlings.

Seedlings are 7 days from sprout. First two pics are the same plant, last two are same. Just top and side photos for reference. Temps staying 72-75. Rh is 69-75. Planted in organic perlite soil mix. Been watering 3tbs around outside every day and misting too. No feed yet. I think soil has a very low ratio of fertilizer. Thinking I’ve completely soaked the cube causing it to be overwatered? The rest of the mixture seems so dry , why I’m so perplexed. I have two Spiderfarm-1000s on 80% and they seem to love the lights, heat shouldn’t be the issue they only raise my tent maybe 5 degrees when on.

2nd girl is over watered for sure IMO.
you said soil mix and then said cube?
looks like you sprouted in a cube then transplant to soil and the cube is wet wet wet.
if so stop watering until it gets better.
could be wrong but i think most growers really don't like those cubes
