Is your medium soil? If so, I'd have to say they look overwatered. Are you letting them dry out in between watering? If not, you should be. Water liberally, then wait till the pot is almost completely dry before watering again. You can tell by lifting the pot and feeling how heavy it is, if its light, its time to water again. Don't go by a set schedule, let the plants tell you.

That there is sage advice. I frequently overwatered my plants and learned to judge soil dryness by the weight of the pot after watering compared to a dry pot needing watering. Saved me much worry!

Watering every other day seems too much at this size of plant. I have plants that are a foot and a half tall and they only drink every 3 days. Get a moisture meter if you don't have one. Helps to learn wheb weighing the pots too. Make sure when you do water you're thoroughly saturating all the soil. Also irrigate your top inch of soil with a clean fork before watering.

well they don’t look worse, though you’ll have to be patient, the overwatering has shocked her, so it takes time to recover, all you need to do is keep the environment dialed in best you can and only water when the pots are light, they will feel like an empty pot, as it’s better to fault on being say dry for a day or two as compared to constantly wet, especially most of the roots will be at the bottom where they can suffocate without oxygen..
damaged leaves will not repair themselves, they may even start to have brown spots.. etc from overwatering..
so you would be watching the new growth to see if it’s grower better, looking healthier..
not much to to do, just leave them alone..
