need some avice on this kit i was thinking of getting?

Im in the market to buy a 4x4 grow tent set up with a 400 watt MS/HPS lamp. And i was thinking of getting this set up. Has anybody got one of these? and can you please give me the pros and cons of this set up. I am conserned because i cant see any brands of any of the equipment.
And if any one here can guide me in a better direction, that would be great. Thanks all you potheads......
