Needing some input on layout and led recommendations

so I have A 10x10 room and a 10 x24 room to use I want to do with a veg and flower room or a veg and 2 flower rooms what do you guys think is the best way to set this up and also the Bigger room I’m still building so I could always Go bigger but I can’t go smaller

Oh also I want to use 12 fixtures to flower and does anyone have any advice about some good quality led 600w minimum for a good price must be full spectrum
