Never grew before. Lost on when to flower this

I gor a setup. And was given clones. We're almost 2 feet in a solo cup. I planted in soil. Gave lst alot. And 2 weeks later have alot of growth happening. Bit I don't know how big things get etc.

So if they stood up they would be over 2 and a half feetw tall. Since we're so large I started bending them immediately and they blew up like that in the center. Since so short and opened up I don't know how to judge the height n width in which will double
