Ive been buying seeds since they started selling them in the early 80s, have sent cash 99.999% of the time, and only have had 3 orders stopped by Customs. 3 out of at least 1000. Ive spent at least $5000usd on seeds this year, which is small potatoes compared to some.
From inside USA Ive had zero confiscated.
