I kinda figured it Was cannabis lol.. But male Or female . I'll get a better picture of it. Thanks for any advice u can give is much appreciated

The plant looks very light starved and should have more development of the side shoots. With that being said, I see no evidence of any signs of male or female. Are they under 12/12 photoperiod?
