What up fam. Need a little help here...all the research I've done, I've gotten zero information back about what pest this is. Here is some information to help you help me out:

I'm growing indoors in the southern Arizona desert.
They are about the size of a watermelon seed.
Plants are week 9 flowering so I'm not worried about infestation (although they are definitely trying their best with the amount of eggs I've been removing from my 3 feminized seeds plants).
They appear to be sap sucking from the leaves, and they leave small 1 inch sections on buds of thick white webbing. Always on one side of a bud.
They stay near the lights and lay there too. Eggs on top of leaves.
I took a plant out on the porch next to some cucumber plants and that's how I got 'em.

Any help is greatly appreciated, seems they laughed at my spray of Neem Oil. Blessings to you all.
