New grow help

I'm currently usiong a 250w hps bulb.with coco coir and canna coxo a & b (dont worry I've researched the measurements i need to start with) id just like someone to tell me how my seedlings are and some advice I'll be changing to a 600w metal halide bulb tomorrow and i also have a little led light over my seedlings to helo growth? The general temperature is sroumd 26 to 28 degrees and 40 to 60 humidity hence the towel in the pictures.
I'll attach pictures of my set up for you to give any positive criticism on. Also this is my first grow. Thank you in advance

Is that celcius ?
To be honest you will save yourself a lot of headaches and work starting in a clean functional, ventilated room that's complete before you even start. Otherwise you'll always be working on your room to accommodate your grow which just leads to your plants suffering and not properly growing
