New grower need some guidance

Hey first time outdoor grower, why does half my plant look sick and the other side fine?? One side has brown dots and lots or orange hairs other is green healthy looking with fatter nicer looking buds, also didnt count the weeks its been in flower, how many more weeks does it look like it need befor harvest?? Could be a number of things, ph, ec, root problems, water regime, even the heat, if the sun is too intense on one side of the plant for the most part of the day it will show signs of heat stress on those leaves and the shadier side will look healthier, thats just a thought but we need abit more info to proper diagnose the problem. As for harvest, its hard to tell without having a look at your trichomes using a mini microscope or jewelers loupe. The chart below will show you when you should harvest your plants

maybe is ready so check it ,.. U fertilize it?maybe , its stressed from nutes or its finish. stress from nutes imo could be too much nutes on a bad grow spot... seems like she couldnt proggres and use all nutes? with more sun - light plants grow faster ,stronger , and consequently need more nuts.

Most likely a root zone uptake problem, IMO mayb as simple as watering practices or as complicated as bugs

When do you stick the growers stake in ? (The green plastic rod) Just recently or when it was planted?
