I live in Southern CA (USA) and hoping to chat with folks about how they grow, tips/tricks, products etc. Trying to start asap but unsure how to begin!

Hi,Have you grown anything before? anything? carrots tomato's? Are you starting in dirt or hydro? DWC, smart pots? fabric? First timer I go with dirt.....promix or that type of a peat mix.....a line of nutrients for your plants life cycle. a couple of tools to test your water's PH and ppm so you know where you're starting.....Feminized seeds instead of growing any males and decide on Auto or photo.....I like photo...but each their own.....and read the forums for questions you didn't know you had......
