New med user from NE USA

Hi folks-chronic pain patient here on a whopping dose of Oxycontin-480mg daily-for fibromyalgia x myofascil pain syndrome.I am a power puker who also has a script for marinol.It has gotten so bad,my illness,that unless I have smoke-I do not eat.I have had numerous orthopedic surgeries ranging from a bi-lateral ulnar nerve trans to ACL revision of the knees.I am also a diabetic who uses Lantus insulin.I lost 170lbs in last 2 years due to no appitite to vomitng several times a day.Marijuana truely saved my life.I am not sleeping at all and am in search of a strain that will knock my old ass out.Any and all suggestions welcome.Thanks for having me...BigD cooler than a mentholated snowball:icon_dizzy:

Welcome my friend. Im sorry for the hardships you are going through... I have a similiar situation with chronic nausea, and i know how it is waking up and going to sleep (if any) daily. I lost 65 pounds before i was prescribed marinol, and it helps, but when im havin a puke fit, i cannot manage to even hold down a marinol, soo yea i fell ya bro im sorry!

i would say chem is kinda like the opposite of herijuana.. chem is more of an 'upper' sativa style, herijuana is more 'downer' indica...

get yourself a nice kush strain and take it a week longer for great pain med. oil really is your best bet. what kind of growing laws do y'all got in NE? thats maine right?

NY-they just passed a MMj law and now await the final vote.It will allow 12 plants and 2.5oz.But I usually get nearly 1lb per plant.What to do with the excess? Thanks for the warm welcome-BigD

@Big- I know im so excited, I just dont want to get my hopes up because every year the same shit goes down...summer break comes no vote...then christmas no vote... session ends NO VOTE. But i do have a really good feeling about it =X! are you doing outdoor? or do you have alot of room to grow out sativas indoor? When you grow out the better quality medicinal strains like Sour Diesel, Chemdog, Herijuana you'll get yields of about 3oz per plant...hmm im not sure what to do about the excess ive been thinking the same thing bro, maybe just make BHO oil, or alcohol or glycerine Tinctures. I guess you just have to make em fast..

I love this site already.Tons of info.Forehead I live near Colgate University if this helps.CNY rukes except in the case of medicalquality smoke.Just cappy brick for 240 a lid and Hydro for360 a lid.Niether are med quality.My last grow was 1/2 outdoor and 1/2 indoor.I had Green Crack(more like crap)Trainwreck x G13 which was awesome.BlueRhino1947 By The Rev,White Russian by Serious(my favorite) and some NY Big Bud which was bigbud x rox-all in all nearly 2.5lbs out of 8 plants.I still have a wee bit left but for all practicle purposes it doesnt work on me since I've been using it since october 08.Next grow I hope to have Ice Cream by paradise,Gspot,Herijuana and a unknown Cranberry by Ontario seedbank.I also have some Masterlow and some more white russian and Br1947.The white russian I won in seriousseeeds xmas contest.Every bean I have germed from this batch of 15 beans has been female but none of the pheno I 1st got 4 years ago growing out some test beans that Marco sent me.28 inches of snow white plant all huge nugs completely coverd.Could hardly walk if you consumed too much.Trying for that one again.But the last few I grew out were only avg smoke but tasty nonetheless.Peace BigD
