New seedling daddy!!

16day old seedlings. started in plain jiffy mix but over watered and the soil became dense and soaked. I transplanted into fresh jiffy with 40% perlite but my concern is the stress of transplanting such young seedlings that have already been stunted. Anyone done same thing and had success???
