They don't look made for growing. If you've got cheap seeds, sure, but I wouldn't expect exceptional results. You can get blurple HiGros on Amazon for $150 that will grow good weed. If you care about the results, its worth the expense. I used this, got plenty of killer weed off it: https://www.amazon.com/HIGROW-Optical-Spectrum-Greenhouse-Hydroponic/dp/B01HYUO9VY. Lots of other decent choices in that price range.
