Okay hey guys, new to the forums been looking up alot of Under Current information. One year of growing under my Belt. First time changing my system, I previously was doing flood and drain with flood tables, running Sea of Green, I wanted to switch up because it was just a little to much work with not enough Yield ( Yieleded 8-16oz/1000watt) I liked SOG because I have limited space. I'm Working with 6-7 foot ceilings and a small veg room with a medium sized flower room. Just threw my plants into flower 4 days ago, they look happy and great but looking at alot of other under current grows im not so happy..
Sooo heres what im working with, any tweaks or additional information will surely help Mainly just looking for some feedback.. I'm growing for yield.
I'm using GH Part 3, I have a veg room that is 8 x 6
I have a flower room that is 13 x 13
Working with 6-7 foot ceilings
I Run 6000 watts using 8" cool tubes
I start my clones in a cloner machine using AZOS
For veg I use DWC set up with 12 5 gallon buckets, running GH Part 3
For Bloom I use new UC setup with 18 gallon totes using GH Part 3
For Veg i generally run Gro/Micro/Bloom/Zone/Azos
For Bloom I run Gro/Micro/Bloom/Zone
I generally keep my Ph 5.3-5.8
G/M/B - Week1 5-2.5-2.5 400-600ppm
Week2 10-6-3 800-900
Week3 10-7-3 800-900
Week1 Flower I switch 3-7-10 800-1000
Week2 3-8-12 1000-1200
Week3 2.5-7-14 1000-1200
Week4 0-7-16 Add Koolbloom powder 1ml/g 1000-1200
week5 0-8-18-2 1000-1400
Week6 0-7-20-2 1000-1400
Week7 0-6-20-2 1000-1400
Week8 Flush
Week9 Flush
Right now i am currently flowering 6 plants in UC for my first attempt. Plants look good.
Had a hard time thinking about my next setup due to my veg room being to small, so i decided that I will veg 12 plants for 2 months in DWC under 3 T5.. Switch to UC and veg for an additional 7 days under MHs Running a 1000 watt under each 2 plants.
I Generally want to get an idea of how people do their setup, and how I can get the greatest yield with the amount of space I have. there are a few questions I still need to know such as, When do I Have to change the water/nutrients in the Under current system? What are the best PH/PPM levels? Should i change up my nutrient line up? Been hearing alot about H&G..
