1998 GMC 1500 Sierra, windshield wipers may or may not switch on and will often stop mid wipe. If they don't switch on I can manually pull the wiper up to activate, but how long they keep wiping is a toss up. This happens no matter the wiper setting, full or intermediate.

On a side note, always remove under 4. Why waste plant energy on popcorn.
