newbie mistake question

I just had to re enter the flowering room two minutes after lights out. Unfortunately I had to use a lighter to find my tv remote that I left in the room I found it in a mater of a few seconds but I was wondering if this would be enough to make my plants hermie?

If it within a few minutes you should be fine but try to not do it to often
