I had plants in flowering for 2weeks and then all hell broke loose.
I had to keep my plants in the dark for 4 days until i could fix it.

I was wondering what kinda damage did i cause my babies?
Should i try to finish the run out or ditch them and start over?

I had a similar problem on my first run. The advise I was given is that it should not be a problem provided your genetics are good and the area is really light proof.

I still watched mine like a hawk and feel I lucked out by not going hermi.

Good luck.

This should not be a problem. Only time a plant will hermie due to light is if you turn lights on in dark cycle, more than a few times. or you have light leaks during night cycle. you should be fine, just keep an eye on the flowers

mango is correct in saying keep a close eye on all new growth around the flowers, if u see a few male parts simply pinch them off with your fingers right away before they produce pollen... unless you want pollen of course ;)
