Northern Lights aroma

Hi folks. I'll keep it short.
Got a NL auto and it smells nothing like 'earthy' or 'pine'.
Maybe citrus a little bit, bit there's an overwhelming smells of pineapple or tropical fruit juice.

Any insight would be handy

How far along are they? What medium are you using? you haven't given us much info,

Sorry, still a rookie :)
Growing in soil, mid to late flower.
Really just looking to see if anyone has any experience of the smell

I do. One of my classic favorites, been growing that strain for years. I assume you're talking original Northern Lights. Yes a citrus smell is normal and once it's cured will smell a little more pine-like.

edit - just saw the "auto" part. Yeah I don't think that will make much difference in the flavor profile.
