Northern lights autoflower brown spots and yellowing leaves help

I have a northern lights auto that is in week 3 of flower and it has brown spots on the leaves and yellowing of the top bud leaves can anyone help I’m using gh flora trio I feed once a week I’m growing under a phizion led light I have it on 18/6 light cycle can anyone please help me
