Not rust fungus. Calmag deficiency or nutrient burn?

pH and EC have been stable the last 3 days and the problem has gotten worse. I gave less nutes last water change because I thought I was overfeeding them. I have N tox which I try to fix.

Stable at what? What nutes? what growing medium? How did you figure out you have N tox? and everything else

The yellowing of the leaf serrations look like a potassium (K) issue. That doesn't mean K is lacking, as N, P and cal/mag can all interfere with K. I see no sign of nitrogen toxicity.

This doesn’t look like N tox? Clawing and dark green slim leafs.
