Nutes and heavy rain, reapply?

Good morning and I hope you guys rock in. I have an area I am growing that has a foot of good rich topsoil, and then underlying sand which is rather fine but it drains like crazy. I put down 0-18-0 to boost bloom. So here is my question. I live on the coast of North Carolina and it gets very rainy here, but the last three days I have had heavy rains throughout a lot of the day. Would you all recommend reapply my fertilizer, it’s an organic product from Jones,2-5-4 and a fine powder from from hi-yield..

What do you think, reapply?
