Woke up to this, I'm thinking to flush but would like some advice before trying. She was stressed by tying branches down for a few days then released. Soil medium with down to earth 4-4-4 and bloom 0-5-4. I want to start by removing dead/dying fan leaves, they feel dry and brittle.

Sounds and looks overfed. Dry brittle leaves are usually caused by excessive nutrient salts which basically dry out the cells through osmotic pressure.
You can usually correct overfed media, but once the plant takes up those salts that's that. You cant really flush the salts out of the leaf tissue.

I'd give them lots of plain water with quite a bit of runoff and remove anything dead or dying also. Otherwise the plant is going to waste energy on them. And there doing sweet FA for the plant at this point.
