Nutrient lockout or a deficiency?

I have these four ladies i have been getting a bit rusty lately

150w light is 40cm away from conopy

Using plagron lightmix as substrate

Pots are 5 liters

I feed them all 2 liters every 3-4 days

I use a 2-1 ratio of micro and bloom from Terra Aquatica

I ph my water to 6,5 before watering

Thats about it here is a picture from today after i waterd them

1ml per liter micro
0,5ml per liter bloom
2 liters each

Theyre a little droopy hopefully going to perk up tomorrrow but look and tell me you dont see it too

Should i just feed more??
The runoff was 1,5
Didnt measure ph should have but didnt

To me it looks a bit like potassium?

I'd say an increase in Mg & P could help. That's what I'd start with, anyway.

The soil may be too wet, so let it dry back. Plants commonly droop after watering. The solution is to water slowly. Also, 2L in a 5L pot is 40% of the volume. No more than 20% is a better amount, depending on a few other factors.

My guess, based on your description and the bloopy plant shape, is that watering too often has drowned your root hairs and messed with your nute uptake. I would stretch out your dry-backs.

I transplanted into these 5 liters a bit too early think that started whole my problem

Normally im sticking to a pretty tight schedule

but they have had a pretty hard time drying out totally

Just got abit ahead of myself

Agree. Looks like you are drowning them.

That causes the drooping and lighter sick looking leaves.

If you have a meter, also check PPFD. Your light might be on the weaker side. Overwatering + light deficiency is my best guess.

I wish i could afford a pffd meter but theyre too damn expensive for my needs

$25 on temu dude! They work. May not be as accurate as the $500 one I got, but bought one as a backup and close enough to not be an issue tbh.
