Odd Leaves On Thinning Plant

I’ve been growing for 20+ years and have seen this leaf problem twice since starting. This plant (Blue Venom, feminized) started fine like 6 other various types but a few weeks ago the leaves started to develop odd ridge-like patterns and growth has been thin compared to other plants. I think it’s a growth deformity and not a nutrient problem. If any experts can confirm that, I’ll likely pull it and put another potted plant in it’s sunny place. I’m showing the problem plant next to a healthy G13 Haze for comparison. Thx for any advice.

Is there any windows or metal surfaces that could reflect light on that one plant? Have you checked for rust mites or russets?
