Floraflex incubator cubes are the shit. 5 days and we have roots. Will let me go another 5 to have some monster roots.
Nice. Yeah I was turned onto the floraflex plugs and the humidity dome at the local hydro spot. Couldn’t pass up the price for the dome and bag of plugs. There are a ton of different types of these things now. Ive recently been turned on to EZ plugs that apparently work amazing too. Theyre all based on the same idea, Some coco and a binder with some rooting goodies.
These are the ones im trying next.
what was your humidity and temp? no dome huh?I’m quite certain mine got much too much light and I was impatient. Thank you!
This was over the summer, outdoors. Shaded area of the balcony but still too hot and sunny for a clone.what was your humidity and temp? no dome huh?
Day 4. Temps and humidity have been on point. 62-70 degrees, 40-55%rh. Right now I’m looking at 6-8 more days, then trim and cure. By that time my clones should have roots longer than Medusa’s hair. In the mean time. Gorgeous. I can only imagine once I trim and bag cure the whole crop all those hairs will flatten and form into the nugs, which will complete the og kush from back in the day. I remember the thick, massive amounts of orange hairs on the kush.

Always good vibes brother! I think I’m more excited about starting the next one. I feel bored without ladies growin. HahaSuch good feelings and vibe! Im excited right along with you bro!
For me the wet trim is by far easier. To me the dry/dryer sugar leaves and tips stick to the scissors more and is a PIA. I don't know how it effects the QUALITY of the nugzzz per say.Boutta wet trim half the room and leave the other half leafy. Oh the experiments.. **I just miss spending time with my ladies** standby for some mouthwatering bud porn.
What material is that lining your room ?Welp, since all my plans have changed I decided to flower In the room instead of it being a lung box. I wanted to start a new journal detailing my new flower room and plants that’ll be flowering in 4 weeks. Run down of grow:
-8x6 flower room, about 85% sealed currently, but still need to seal the door and some spots.
-3 gallon fabric pots with CoCoLoco coco/perlite with added amendments.
-got their first fill water today as I was letting the plants recover from transplant
-285w timber cobs with dimmer. Each daisy is 95w.
-240w kingbrite quantum board with 660nm, Uv, IR.
**both currently running at about 45-50%**
-4 OG Kush from Humboldt seed company. Popped 7/19/20, been in veg for 13 days. So far, genetics seem great.
-running it like thus; 6 week veg, no topping, utilize LST, and super crop/ bend main stem at 45degree angle, feel a pop, then crutch back together.
-5000btu wall banger ac, will need bigger, this thing is a piece of garbage.
-they got their
-2 Oscillating fans
-4 inch exhaust with carbon filter venting into the 4x4 tent.
-6 inch fan exhausting from the tent back into the room. It’ll (hopefully) be like a closed loop cycle. We shall see.
-4x4 gorilla grow tent with an sf1000 and a sansi Home Depot grow light runs at about 78w. This tent will be for my moms (2) and clones.
so far so good. Temps have been outrageous and there ain’t shit I can do bout it. Should be cooling off soon though. Hope you guys have a great weekend and keep on smoking.
PEACE ☮
3/4 inch insulfoam board from Home Depot. What material is that lining your room ?
Thanks
I’m finding that’s it’s extremely easy to dry trim. The leafs basically break off and it leaves your with some nice finger hash. Mine are like 50/50. I cut some with the scissors and pluck some with ma fingers. For me the wet trim is by far easier. To me the dry/dryer sugar leaves and tips stick to the scissors more and is a PIA. This is something I wish I could sit with someone and learn to do well.I’m finding that’s it’s extremely easy to dry trim. The leafs basically break off and it leaves your with some nice finger hash. Mine are like 50/50. I cut some with the scissors ✂ and pluck some with ma fingers.
