opinions needed

Hi everyone! i desperately need some opinions on a cob led bulb i found while researching bulbs for my winter indoor grow. i do have some concerns but want to see if i'm thinking correctly...

DooVii 450W Equivalent LED Cob Bulb,5500 Lumen 6000K,Cool Daylight LED (6500K)

i'm thinking about 1 in each corner + 1 Hydrofarm Agrobrite FLCDG125D Fluorowing Compact Fluorescent System (6400K @ 7000 lumen) in a 3x3 tent for 1 plant

so that's 29000 lumens @ 365w...good right!!
let me know your thoughts please!!!

I dont use led but the color temps you are showing are way too high to flower with. And would grow very compact short plants from the high blue spectrum.

Seems 3000-3500k is right. 4000k for veg.
