Opps, I made a mistake!

Hi, New to TLO. I am using mix of Bumper Crop, Growers mix, Coast of Maine Stonington, Great white, perlite, coco, worm casting. I have been watering with rain water and all looks good. I accidentally watered with tap water that had sad for 24 hrs. Did I kill of my Mycorhizi? Is the Rev gone kill me??

My mom uses unfiltered tap water in her garden and I still frequently see mushrooms popping up by the dripline.
