Optimal temp and humidity for indoor organic soil?

What is the opinion for optimal temp and humidity? I've been running 70-75 at 30-40% humidity.

Temp is fine higher humidity in veg, 50-65 and lower in flower 45-55 %

Depends on the lights. HPS should be at 78 with lights on, never more than a 15 degree swing to lights off. LED's need higher temps, 82 lights on and no more than a 15 degree swing with lights off. Also need to consider if you are looking at using VPD.
