Orange spots and clawing leaves

Hello first time grower here. I’m finding orange spots on my leaves along with them clawing. They are about 6 weeks into veg. Growing in fox farm ocean forest. The only nutrients I’ve fed them is a dose of cal/mag every other watering. I suspected nitrogen toxicity but I’m new to this so I wanted a second opinion. Please excuse the crap photos

I generally water till I start to see a little run off. But I’ve never given them a good flush.

I know, but you probably should; I'm also using ffof soil currently, I flush my blooming plants every third watering which is about every 6 days, my veg plants about every 10 - 14 days, it's best way to get the salts out

I use twice the normal volume that I water with when I'm not trying to flush and recommend measuring and recording both pH & PPM of the runoff
